Recipe of the month: Kale chips

Finding it difficult to get some greens into your child’s diet? Here is a delicious and easy way to enjoy some leafy greens. Great for a party and a perfect treat if you are following a wheat free or dairy free diet.
Recipe
Ingredients:
• One bunch of kale
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper
Directions:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• Cut kale leaves off of thick stems and cut into bite sized pieces
• Place on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
• Place in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, cook until edges are brown but not burnt and leaves are crispy. Turn often.
• Enjoy!
