Individualized instruction on ensuring your child’s health and wellness including nutrition, sleep, introduction of solid foods, healthy immunity, attachment, natural parenting
Cost $35.00 + HST per child
Delivered by a 4th year naturopathic clinic internwho is fully trained and directly supervised by a licensed Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Lisa Doran N.D, is a Naturopathic Doctor who has been practising in Durham Region since 1997. Dr. Lisa Doran is a general family practitioner and she welcomes new patients of all ages and stages of their lives to explore what Naturopathic Medicine can do for their health and wellness.
Dr. Sophia Guerra N.D is a Naturopathic Doctor with a personal and professional desire to improve the well-being of families as a whole through the art of Naturopathic and lifestyle Medicine. She believes that the key to health and longevity is empowering families with the knowledge necessary to make naturally healthy and conscientious choices concerning their health care.
Leigh Puddephatt RMT has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 1996 and working in the Durham Region since 2005.
CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki and Indian Head Massage as well as Prenatal and Infant massage are amongst the continued education in Leigh’s repertoire.
